The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS 

640 Orleans Road , Benjamin H Emery and Abbie P Emery, SE 10-3361 (Phase 2): Request to Amend an Order of Conditions under SE 10-3361 to include proposed clarification of Lawn area to remain; addition of post and rail fence and two concrete monuments; naming a “Clerk of the Works”; and clarification of removal of flare portion of driveway at 640 Orleans Road, Assessors Map 12J parcel 8.

14 Windmill Lane, William K Doggett Jr Realty Trust-owner, William & Cynthia Doggett, SE 10-3405: Proposed invasive species management in 1900 sq. ft area at 14 Windmill Lane, Assessors Map 16A parcel H4, Lot 83.     

15 Cove Hill Circle, Richard & Juliana Quinn, SE 10-3386:  Proposed demolition and reconstruct of dwelling; construction of a swimming pool at 15 Cove Hill Circle, Assessors Map 13J parcel G9. 

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:

86 Plum Daffy, Gail D. and Stephen P. Lowe, Trustees, SE 10-3307: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of a patio and pergola. 

138 Stage Island Road, Owners, Robert J. Samuelson and Kristin A. Campbell, SE 10-3012: Certificate of Compliance requested to construct a new path to Stage Harbor, abandon the existing path and plant it with native vegetation.

138 Stage Island Road, Owners, Robert J. Samuelson and Kristin A. Campbell, SE 10-2971: Certificate of Compliance requested to demolish the existing dwelling, construct a single family dwelling with retaining walls, fire pit, swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen.

VIOLATIONS:

108 Mill Hill Road: Vegetation removal, regrading and installation of dock-like structure in Wetland Resource Area and Adjacent Upland Resource Area.

107 Taylors Pond Road: Tree removal in and within 100 feet of Resources Areas.

552 Orleans Road, Hung Gately LLC: Regrading of Resource Areas and sedimentation of Salt Marsh.

DISCUSSION:

325 Fox Hill Road, Eastward Ho! Country Club: Commission will discuss review the revised 2018 Annual Report submitted on December 20, 2019.

The Commission will discuss recent updates to the NOI Checklist, the Mitigation Guidelines and Administrative Review Policy.

55 & 69, 23 , 25 Linnell Lane and 116 Old Wharf Rd & Linnell Lane roadbed, Pamela P Kindler-Applicant & Easement Owner & Richard B & Nancy Doyle-applicants, Maurice & Cynthia Fitzmaurice (#23), Paul & Gayle McAdams (#25) and Margaret M McCarthy QPRT-owners, SE 10-3389:  Proposed maintenance to existing road bed, road surface and driveway; bank stabilization at 55, 69, 23 & 25 Linnell Lane & 116 Old Wharf road, Assessors Map 16J, parcels R2, R3, R4 and R1 &  Map 16-I parcel J1. The Commission will discuss the recently issued Order of Conditions.
