The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability
37 Lorenzo Buck Way, Barry Bessette:  Replacement of existing deck at 37 Lorenzo Buck Way, Assessors Map 7E parcel B4. 

115 Orleans Road, Karl Dunakin: Proposed installation of new septic system at 115 Orleans Road, Assessors Map 15H parcel 3-L1.

124 Mooncussers Lane, William G. and Elizabeth A. Sorenson:  Determination of accurate wetland delineation at 124 Mooncussers Lane, Assessors Map 10A parcel 4-H2.
