The Southampton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on May 24, 2017, at 7:30 P.M. at the Southampton Town Hall, 1st Floor Meeting Room, 210 College Highway, Southampton, MA to present and seek public comment on a Special Permit and Stormwater Permit a for solar facility proposed by CG Southampton Energy Development, LLC. The project consists of construction of a 2 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) array on two parcels owned by Monica Labrie located at 41 Valley Road and 0 County Road.
A copy of the proponent’s application is available for public inspection during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-4:00 pm and 6:00 pm-8:00 pm alternating Tuesdays) in the Town Clerk’s Office located in the Southampton Town Hall, 210 College Highway, Southampton, MA.
Anyone wishing information and/or to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
