A. Gov. Baker Tuesday announced he would allow schools to stop “test-and-stay” and contact-tracing efforts if they join a new state initiative offering weekly rapid at-home COVID-19 tests to staff and students. School Committee approval is required to do so and the program may start as soon as 01/24/2022 for staff and 01/31/2022 for students.
