- Approve minutes of May 2, 2016 and August 29, 2016
- review/certify signatures on absentee ballot applications for fall 2016 elections
- finalize list of Absentee Ballots sent/received back from voters
- upcoming meeting schedule
- update on search for new Republican member
- Review of recent training for election officials provided by state elections division: early voting process; UOCAVA voters, pre-registration for 16- and 17-year olds.
- Update on recall petitions for Selectmen Dumont and Prescott and timeframe for election, if one is called.  Discussion to include time frame for distributing nomination papers and certifying them.
