The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
Presentation by the Women’s Club of Chatham regarding the proposed art installation at the Eldredge Public Library.
Joint Meeting of Planning Board & Historic Business District Commission
Review the West Chatham Roadway Project 100% Design - Public input will only be taken on the appropriateness (scale, type of materials, and maintenance requirements) of the propose landscaping, defined as: trees, plants, and grass, as shown on the 1000% design drawings.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
