•	Devens Village Green – Phase 2 Update on 124-unit Innovative Residential Development off of Grant Road (Parcel ID# 24-6-100) in the vicinity of Sycamore Street, Poplar Street and portions of Birch Circle.  Property zoned Residential I (Record of Decision dated May 28, 2015)

•	STAR Community Rating System Overview and Application:  Overview of this sustainable rating system and discussion re:  partnership with MassDevelopment and the Commission to apply for grant/financial assistance for STAR registration and certification for the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday September 8, 2016 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA 01434 to consider a request for a One-Day License submitted by the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce for the sale of beer and/or malt beverages at the annual charity chili cook-off to be held Sunday October 9, 2016 on Devens Common (Parcel ID# 20-3-300) from 1 PM - 4 PM.
