1. Katherine Walsh (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission and its West Tisbury Town Advisory Board will conduct a hearing as to the applicability of the transfer fee to Ms. Walsh’s upcoming transaction.

1. Oak Bluffs Water Planning
The Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board, at its August 2, 2016 meeting, voted to recommend that the Land Bank Commission seek a legal determination as to whether wells can be installed on the land bank lands.
