1. Review: ESS Group: Discuss report timing.
Logger memory is 80% to capacity. Shall we have them programmed to over-write existing data—lest they will stop recording when full. What about battery capacity?
2. Discuss Bill Wilcox assessment of nitrogen and phosphate data.

5. Old Business: Review final report content outline updated 9/13/16. This is a working document.
