The Light Commission will be voting to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A Section 21 Subsection 3 to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with union personnel.
The Light Commission believes that if it were to conduct such sessions in Open Session it would be detrimental to the Light Plant's bargaining position.
The Light Commission will reconvene in Open Session after only for the purpose of adjournment.
