Information for Meeting of Devens Enterprise Commission

In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

2.	Review Minutes:  10/24/2017; 11/9/2017; 12/18/2017 and 1/11/2018

3.	Public Hearings:

•	      Continued Public Hearings:  
o	66 Saratoga Amendment – Unified Permit application submitted by CIP Saratoga Boulevard, LL for a proposed amendment to the February 15, 2017 Unified Permit to add a new access drive and expanded trailer storage area (Parcel ID #26-13-300)

o	MassDevelopment  – Recommend action for Street Acceptance of the following Road Rights of Way in the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone in accordance with the Devens Street Acceptance Policy: 
	1. Newly constructed portion of Chance Street between Antietam Street and Grant Road, 
	2. Existing portion of Jackson Road between Barnum Road and West Main Street

•	     95 & 105 Walker Road – Unified Permit application submitted by Little Leaf Farms, LLC for a proposed +/-227,000 square-foot greenhouse/office expansion and associated site improvements.  Properties located at 105 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-501) and 95 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-500)

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA 01434 to consider a Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by Little Leaf Farms, LLC for a proposed +/-227,000 square-foot greenhouse/office expansion and associated site improvements.  Properties located at 105 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-501) and 95 Walker Road (Parcel ID 39-14-500) in the Environmental Business Zone within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone. 
Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
