Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A s21(a)(3) to discuss litigation regarding the Holdcraft v. Town of Brookfield, U.S District Court Civil Action No. 4:17-cv-12049-TSH where the discussion of this matter in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigation position as declared by the Chair.
EXECUTIVE SESSION(s) (#2) (#3) (#6) The items listed which may be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the chair. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may be brought up for discussion as permitted by law. Agenda times subject to change.
THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL MEETING Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Brookfield Board of Selectmen is being conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order.
PLEASE NOTE THIS MEETING WILL OPEN IN PUBLIC SESSION THEN GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER EXEMPTION #3
