The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

CONTINUED HEARING - ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-107	Sweet Tomatoes/c/o Merrill Sweet – Application to construct a deck, reconfigure an existing stairway and add a cooler on the structure located at 790 Main Street.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-113	Jeffrey Cahoon/c/o Gable Building Corp – Application to remove a total of 3 windows on the westerly elevation, remove 2 windows and 1 door on the northerly elevation and replace with 1 window and a slider on the structure located at 388 Main Street.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION:
16-112	Forest Beach Design/c/o David Owens – Application to replace the wood tie retaining wall located at 436 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
Review of Section 5 HBDC memo to the Building Commissioner with Commission members

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
