In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

3.	Continued Public Hearing:
•	66 & 68 Saratoga Boulevard – CIP Saratoga Boulevard, LLC – Level 2 Unified Permit application for the proposed construction of a +/- 429,173 SF warehouse/distribution addition and associated site improvements at 66 Saratoga Blvd. (Parcel ID#26-13-300) and 68 Saratoga Blvd. (Parcel ID#27-13-700).  Proposed off-site improvements also include additional parking at 18 Independence Drive (Parcel ID#26-13-600) and construction of new rail spurs/siding crossing a portion of 12 Saratoga Blvd. (Parcel ID#21-13-1700).  All properties are located in the Rail, Industrial and Trade Related Uses zoning district.
