Templeton Advisory Committee – October 7, 2021 @ 06:30 PM
The Templeton Advisory Committee business meetings are being broadcast live on TCTV Channel 8 and the TCTV YouTube channel.  Any comments made to the YouTube channel chat will be considered part of the public record and included with the meeting minutes, and a response will be made to these comments as soon as possible.  
The agenda and meeting materials for this business meeting were posted to www.mytowngovernment.org/01468 no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting, in accordance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts Open Meeting Laws.  The Chairperson reserves the right to add items to, remove items from, or change the order of the agenda.  However, the agenda is posted in advance to give the committee and public time to review the agenda items, and to ensure the meeting runs within the allotted timeframe.

b.	Meeting Minutes of September 30, 2021 – 
I.	Motion to approve as presented.  
4)	Correspondence
a.	October 4, 2021 –  From Adam Lamontagne (Town Administrator); a request for the Advisory Committee to recommend towns for Community Comparison.  Towns to be considered should be population 10,000 or less and be in a regional school district arrangement.
I.	Motion to table final consideration of item 4A to Old Business at the regular Advisory Committee business meeting on Thursday November 4, 2021.  
b.	October 5, 2021 – From Justice Graves (Administrative Intern); a Committee Interest Form from Nowell Francis.
I.	Motion to approve the Committee Interest Form and forward to the Town Administrator, Administrative Assistant, and Town Clerk for formal appointment to the Advisory Committee for a term that will end at the end at Annual Town Meeting in May 2022, at which time Mr. Francis can submit to be reappointed by the Moderator to a full 3-year term.
5)	Old Business – Motions are required to advance business
a.	Advisory Committee Policy on Stabilization Funds
I.	Tabled until regular business meeting on November 4, 2021.
