Lions Club, new roof on pavilion at Conant Park, CPA funded. CDA Roofing and Siding Contractors LLC, Agawam, Ma was low bidder. Need to re-advertise for new bids. 2. Angel statue at Crossroads Park, new pavers. Need to discuss walkway, landscaping design and construction. Estimate from Western MA Masons. 3. Conant Park and Labrie Field, update on field use applications and payments. Discussion on updating Use Regulations. Applications from SYAA – Southampton Little League and Easthampton Baseball Club. 4. Labrie Field, continue discussion of completing Phase V & VI with CPA monies. Community Preservation Committee voted to approved $675,000.00 for project as an article at Town Meeting on May 1st. Additional needs are: a parking rail fence, bulletin board & benches and other improvements. Repairs needed to the soccer fields. 5. Sign for Crossroads Park and Labrie Field, 29 Strong Road address. $6,000.00 for signs from CPA funds was approved at Town Meeting. Update signs at Conant Park, see e-mail from Randall. 6. Albert Ahart – Eagle Scout Project, flag pole at Labrie Field. Albert has raised Money for Flag pole, Town will purchase the pole with money raised. • New Business: 1.
