(in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975) LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED CALL TO ORDER Approval of the Minutes of May 18, 2015 COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS: Transfer Fee Revenues Revenue for the week ending May 22, 2015: $79,001.00 Revenue for the week ending May 29, 2015: New Business: 1. Poucha Pond Reservation (Town of Edgartown) The Land Bank Commission will discuss the status of a proffered electrical easement here. 2. Priester’s Pond Preserve (Town of West Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its January 5, 2015 meeting, its discussion of a request from Kent Healy to install a transducer here so as to measure stream flow. 3. West Tisbury Trail Planning The Land Bank Commission will discuss a proposed amendment to the Old Coach Road special way district currently under consideration by the Martha’s Vineyard Commission. The Land Bank Commission will discuss its proposed management agreement with the West Tisbury selectmen for Chickamoo Path and Stoney Hill Path.
