- Convene

- Accept minutes of June 9, 2015 meeting.

- Approve payment of invoice for printing of ATM warrant.

- Consider any new reserve fund transfer requests that were not presented prior to FinCom's last meeting.

- Consider proposed Surplus to Deficit Transfer request for street lights.

- Discuss and elect leadership for FinCom for FY16 - Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary.

- Move to enter Executive Session with the Town Administrator.

  The purposes are:

   (2)To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel.  The Town Administrator will update FinCom on the Union organizing efforts of the nonunion town employees and the potential impacts to the FY16 budget.

    (3) To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.  The Town administrator will update FinCom on a pending litigation that may have a negative impact on the FY16 budget.

- Hold Executive Session if so voted.

- Exit Executive Session and enter open session.

- Adjourn
