The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:  

55 Linnell Lane, Pamela P Kindler-applicant: Proposed Planting American beach grass to augment sparse vegetation on sand deposits; installation of snow fencing pattern to improve dune elevation at 55 Linnell Lane, Assessors Map 16J parcel R2.
