APPOINTMENTS:
6:30 PM Executive Session - under M.G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(6) to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body re: 58 South Street, River Road West

The Board anticipates the balance of its regular business meeting to commence at 7PM.

APPROVALS:
1.	Contract with Colonial Power 2018-2021 for consulting services (muni electricity aggregation, etc.)
2.	Bill Schedule – 1870 Town Hall/Historical Curatorial Building - $412.93 to City Electric Supply
3.	Revise vote of 10/29/18 to: (a) rename Earthwork Board Advisory Committee to Earthwork Advisory Committee; (b) increase membership from 3- to 5- members, with terms expiring annually on 5/31; (c) with expanded membership comprised of: Building Inspector, 2 Selectmen selected appointees, and one member each from the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission.
4.	Vote to adopt the Personnel Committee recommendations for FY20 Grade/Step & Salary Increases
5.	Finalize performance reviews for Selectmen-appointed employees: M. Arata, J. Atchue, D. Fearebay, J. Poland
6.	FY2020 Selectmen-appointed department budgets for review/approval: (a) 692 – Memorial Day
7.	2019 license renewals 
8.	Approve MIIA Property & Liability and Workers Comp renewal intention letter for FY20 & FY21
9.	Approve Green Communities Annual Report
10.	Review message to Town departments soliciting any FY20 legislative requests

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF BERLIN

The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 3, 2018, at 7:10 p.m., at the Berlin Town Office Building, Room 206, 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Massachusetts, to act on the petition of National Grid to erect and maintain poles and wires, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed with the Selectmen’s Office marked “Sawyer Hill Estates” located on Sawyer Hill Road, Berlin, Massachusetts, in accordance with National Grid Work Request Number 27085784, dated October 8, 2018.
