Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn for a project to build a stone wall along a property line within the Buffer Zone and to perform associated site work at 64 Ephraim Allen Road owned by Ephraim Road, LLC.
