ASSESSORS  -  AGENDA ITEMS:
1.	Report of the Principal Assessor to the Board of Assessors.
2.	Review assessors' outside consultant's (Roy Bishop) activities and projected responsibilities; particularly work backlog caused by limited 10 hr./wk. office schedule for the past three months.
3.	Review & schedule trainings required for Mr. O'Connell and Board of Assessors members.
4.	Review & prioritize the work load for the Principal Assessor.
5.	Work on the assessors budget for FY 2017.
6.	Ratify action to make Town Administrator responsible for approving payroll in assessors dept.
7.	Approval of minutes.
8.	Review & Sign (if any) MV/Boat Excise Tax Abatement Applications & Certificates.
9.	Review & Sign (if any) Month End Lists.
10.	Review & Sign (if any) outstanding Warrants.
11.	Review & Sign (if any) Commitments incl. "Chapter Land" white papers.
12.	Take any actions necessary related to consulting services from Bishop Associates .
13.	Any additional reports.
14.	All other business new/old.
15.	Set time and date of next meeting.
