Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Chatham Select Board is being conducted via remote participation. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. To consider the purchase, exchange, taking, lease, or value of real property (Private Property Acquisition for Affordable/Attainable Housing) if such discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the governmental body with return by the Select Board to Open Session and no return to Open Session by Affordable Housing Board of Trustees.

To discuss strategy with respect to litigation (Monomoy Refuge Western Boundary Dispute) if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the governmental body with return by the Select Board to Open Session and no return to Open Session by the Shellfish Advisory Committee. |
