Pursuant to Governor Baker's Emergency Order modifying the State's Open Meeting Law issued March 12, 2020, this meeting of the Phillipston Select Board will be held using remote participation.  The public may observe and listen to the proceedings via ZOOM videoconference:

             a. Close ATM Warrant, send to counsel for review.
             b. Memorial Day Services, do newsletter schedule
             c. Porta Potty, follow up, Queen Lake & Ball Field.
             d. Queen Lake Caretaker, temp help until position filled.
               
4.	Business in Progress
a. BOS office assistant/secretary & Temp office help
b. Website/Email issues
c. Queen Lake porta potty & caretaker.
d. Follow up on Town Hall painting project.
e. Library roof replacement (vote)
f. Fire Department entry (vote)
g. Selectmen & other offices walls, discuss options (vote)
h. Annex roof repairs & painting (vote)
I. Elementary School update
            j. Discuss new alarm ID entry & eliminate keypad, may be cover by CARES ACT money.
            k. Annual Town Report, are printed and at Town Hall.                                                                                               
             l. Review Selectmen Policies
            m. Don Smith, status of fire dept investigation.
            n.  Post ATM  Warrant on or before May 26th.
            o.  ATM  June 2nd, post Selectmen & FinCom meeting for same date/time.
