Application No. 14-007: To be heard in accordance with the provisions of Section 12(e) of the Cape Cod Commission Regional Policy Plan regarding properties situated in a National Historic Register District pursuant to an Application for Substantial Alteration to a Historic or Contributing Structure in a National Historic Register District, located at 75 Holway Street, filed by William F. Riley, Esq., PO Box 707, Chatham, MA 02633, for owner Joanne Barsamian, 92 Dartmouth Street, West Newton, MA 02465. Continued from July 15, 2014.
DISCUSSION/OTHER BUSINESS:
1. Continued discussion and preliminary approval of the revised rule/regulations, including revised CHC Flow Chart and CHC Application Forms.
