7:30PM Continued Public Hearing on Green Acres - 40B Project - Dudley Road
8:00PM New Hearing - ECO-VILLAGE - Request to amend an existing 40B decision from 25% to 20.58% total units available in perpetuity for purchase and occupancy by households whose income is no more than 80% of the Median Family Income for the Eastern Worcester, MA HMFA, adjusted for household size and as determined by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. The applicant seeks the amendment in anticipation of lender foreclosure of 3 affordable units, which will void the standing LIP agreement between the Town, Sawyer Hill LLC and DHCD. If granted, the amendment will permit a new LIP agreement so the project's remaining 14 affordable units may continue in the town's Subsidiary Housing Inventory (SHI).
8:30PM New Hearing - Keith and Maureen Carville - 55 Carter Street - Special Permit in accordance with Article 11: Nonconforming Uses and Structures, Sections 1140 (Nonconforming Single and Two-Family Residential Structures) and 1142 (Changes Requiring a Special Permit), and Article 12: Special Permits 1220 to expand an existing 4.5' x 2' "bump-out" to 10' x 4'.
