5: 05 PM/ Map 32 Lot 97 and 33/Linda Hearn: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the West Tisbury Library Board of Trustees for a project to cut back invasive species along the property line between the library located at Map 32 Lot 97 owned by the Town of West Tisbury and property located at Map 32 Lot 88 owned by Gregory Baron and Sarah Murphy Trustees of 20 Factory Brook Realty Trust. The applicant would also like to remove two old fences and establish a path through the first 100 feet of the Riverfront Area behind the library. This work is within the first 100 feet of the Riverfront Area.
5:30 PM/ Map 11 Lot 109/ SE79-334/Nation: public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider an amendment to an Order of Conditions (issued to Blue Sky LLC for a project located at 60 Pepperbush Way owned by Blue Sky, LLC,. The applicant seeks an amendment to the permit in order to relocate the location of the underground utilities to be installed
5:45 PM/Map 14 Lot 7.2/ SE79-349/Cox: continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Peter B. and Lucy P. Cox for property located at 9 School House Lane owned by Henry S. Patterson III (Lessee). The project consists of the construction of a new single-family dwelling, septic system, well, and associated site work within the buffer zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the Riverfront Area.
6:00 PM Map 39 Lot /SE79-271/Pease: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider an amendment to an Order of Conditions (SE79-271) issued to Comp Real Estate Trust for property located at 208 Middle Point Road.. The applicant seeks an amendment to the permit due to significant changes in site conditions requiring the relocation of the approved revetment/coir log coastal bank stabilization structure.
