The Light Commission shall be voting on whether or not to enter into Executive Session to (a) discuss a competitively sensitive issue that shall address proprietary information associated with a potential solar generation project in town which could potentially lead to a purchased power agreement and the Light Commission believes that if it were to discuss such an issue in Open Session it would adversely affect the Light Plant's ability to effectively negotiate a purchase power agreement, and (b) conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and/or to conduct collective bargaining sessions and/or contract negotiations with non-union personnel. The Light Commission shall be re-convening in Open Session only for the purpose of adjournment.
