COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS
Transfer Fee Revenues:
Revenues for the week ending August 15, 2014: $258,980.00

New Business:
1. Agency Administration: 2002 Series A and 2004 Series A Bonds
The Land Bank Commission will review any proposals which have been received for a possible refunding of these issues, as well as a draft contract between itself and the BLX Group for financial advisory services.
2. Wapatequa Woods Reservation (Towns of Oak Bluffs and Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss constituting a subcommittee to review applications that will be received for a caretaker position here.
3. Farm Pond Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft agreement between itself and Charles Santoro for land management activities here.
