1. Joint budget hearing with the Selectboard for an initial budget meeting with the PCS and Mahar.
2. Joint budget hearings with the Selectboard with department/committee leaders for the following:
a. Library
b. Board of Health
c. Cemetery Commission
d. Animal Control
e. Selectboard Part 1
3. Other business with the Selectboard of interest to the AFC.
4. The AFC may relocate to the Selectboard's office following the joint meeting with the Selectboard and continue meeting for the following:
a. Budget preparation review.
b. New business
