Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), this meeting of the Board of Appeals will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. Minutes will be posted once approved.
For this meeting, members of the public who wish to attend the virtual meeting may attend via the Zoom Webinar platform in one of two ways: (1) with both audio & video access or (2) by telephone/audio only.
Zoom Virtual Meetings:
Zoom Meetings provide remote meeting capability for meeting participants and audience members alike. Meeting attendance can be achieved in one of two ways:
(1) Video conference (recommended) – requires an internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, smartphone, or PC - there needs to be a camera and microphone to be seen, heard and hear discussion); or
(2) Telephone only – by making a telephone call to a Zoom Meeting access telephone number and entering the meeting ID#. You will be unable to see other meeting participants or any documents presented during the meeting.

7:00PM continuation of a public hearing for a special permit and site plan approval for the construction of a residential care facility on two lots in Berlin, 180 River Road West and 57 Summer Road.
