The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.
AMENDMENT TO AN ORDER OF CONDITIONS:
41 Woodcarver Knoll, Stephen and Mary Keating, SE 10-3398: Proposed knotweed removal and installation of a dry well at 41 Woodcarver Knoll, Assessors Map 11D-B.
