The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

REQUESTS TO AMEND ORDER OF CONDITIONS:

83 Seagull Road, Seagull Enterprises Inc/Outermost Harbor Marine, South Beach and parcel N133 (aka 0 Tisquantum), SE 10-3333 & SE 10-3334: (Phase 1) Request to Amend existing Orders of Conditions under SE 10-3333 & SE 10-3334 to include a modification of Special Condition #6 that requires a Massachusetts professional engineer to be on-site daily and allow the applicant to provide an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) to provide photographic documentation at 83 Seagull Road South Beach and (0) Tisquantum Drive, Assessors Maps 15A1 & 15A2 and South Beach parcels H98 (83 Seagull), N133 (0 Tisquantum) and South Beach.

AMENDED ORDER OF CONDITIONS:

83 Seagull Road, Seagull Enterprises Inc/Outermost Harbor Marine, South Beach and parcel N133 (aka 0 Tisquantum), SE 10-3333 & SE 10-3334: The Commission will discuss draft Amended Orders of Conditions under SE 10-3333 & SE 10-3334 to include a modification of Special Condition #6 that requires a Massachusetts professional engineer to be on-site daily and allow the applicant to provide an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) to provide photographic documentation at 83 Seagull Road South Beach and (0) Tisquantum Drive, Assessors Maps 15A1 & 15A2 and South Beach parcels H98 (83 Seagull), N133 (0 Tisquantum) and South Beach.

1 Harbor View Road, Christine Mink, SE 10-3371: Proposed expansion second story; expansion of breezeway; addition of second story deck, addition of gas line; regrading lawn area at 1 Harbor View Road, Assessors Map 8A parcel H50.  

3 Oyster Drive, Stephen Levine, SE 10-3372: Proposed elevation of existing dwelling above Flood Plain in order to meet FEMA NFIB standards; proposed addition of deck and stairs at 3 Oyster Drive, Assessors Map 15A parcel H15B.

40 Dune Drive, Richard J & Cecilia B Canning, SE 10-3370: Proposed FEMA compliant foundation for existing dwelling; deck expansion and associated site improvements at 40 Dune Drive, Assessors Map 16A parcel C5.   

22 Little Oak Lane, Michelle Smith-applicant, Emery Cottage Trust- owner, SE 10-3375: Proposed removal of invasive species; reestablishment and maintenance of pre-existing pathway; planting native vegetation and ecological enhancement/restoration at 22 Little Oaks Lane, Assessors Map 4C parcel WG.

3 Scallop Terrace, Paul and Patricia Swenson, SE 10-3363: Proposed approval for after-the-fact minor modifications to the dwelling during construction and proposed installation of patio at 3 Scallop Terrace, Assessors Map 15A parcel H14A.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:

279 Woodland Way, Michael Garrison, SE 10-1856: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of dwelling, driveway, and septic system. Order of Conditions was amended to include installation of a spa.

279 Woodland Way, Michael Garrison, SE 10-3157: Certificate of Compliance requested for view pruning and creation of a path.

192 and 202 Eastward Road, Arthur Vanderbuilt and 202 Eastward Road Nominee Trust, SE 10-3130: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of a rock revetment, planting beach grass and deposition of sand nourishment.
