3) Public Hearing – Proposed Amendments to the Board of Planning and Community Development (BPCD)’s Rules and Regulations: 

a)	Updating of Planning Board Subdivision Rules and Regulations for electronic copy submission on subdivision application filings 
b)	Updating of Planning Board Filing Requirements and Fees to require applicants to cover costs of public hearing newspaper notices and abutters mailings 
c)	Increase in number of plan submission copies to reflect merger of Planning Board and BPCD
