8:00pm - Riverbridge items:
1.	Possible minor modification of site plan approval allowing slight change in parking lot layout in front of Homewood Suites Hotel at Riverbridge – action requested;
2.	Possible minor modification of site plan at 3 Bassett Road (the new building under construction at the round-a-bout) to allow a small area of outdoor seating – action requested;
3.	Request for off premises signage for Boundless Adventure (located at River Run) under the Off Premises sign regulations in the Zoning By-laws [wayfinding signs on land owned by Riverbridge North, LLC directing toward River Run) – action requested;
4.	Update on possible temporary signage at the entrance to Riverbridge identifying businesses slated to open in 2018 (this matter also being addressed to the Conservation Commission) – no action requested at this time.
