A public hearing will be held on Tuesday June 12,2018 6:00PM at the Town Hall 160 Patriots Road East Templeton MA 01438 before the Templeton Zoning Board of Appeals acting under the Town of Templeton Zoning By Laws, section 5.2.3, Use Regulations-Nonconforming Structures, pursuant to a court-endorsed Motion for Remand in order to consider a request made by Antoon Lawindy of Patriots Pizza and Roast Beef upon a modified plan reducing the size of the commercial structure originally proposed for the location of a pizza restaurant at 136 Patriots Road, Templeton which parcel is a pre-existing non conforming lot that does not meet the current minimum lot area of 1 acre or 150’ feet of road frontage.
