In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

2.	Review Minutes:  May 3, 2018 and May 22, 2018

3.	Public Hearings: 
•	Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by McInnis Cement, Inc. for the proposed development of a Portland Cement dry storage and distribution terminal and associated site improvements on an existing 9.12 acre parcel of land located at 35 Saratoga Blvd (Parcel ID #21-13-1600) in the Rail, Industrial and Trade Related Uses Zoning District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.  The Unified Permit application for site plan approval also includes a request for a height variance from 75 feet to 93’.9’’in accordance with Devens Bylaw Article IX.C.4.   

4.	New Business:
•	Sign Regional Housing Monitoring Services Agreement – switching from an individual contract and joining a regional collaborative

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday June 7, 2018 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by McInnis Cement, Inc. for the proposed development of a Portland Cement dry storage and distribution terminal and associated site improvements on an existing 9.12 acre parcel of land located at 35 Saratoga Blvd (Parcel ID #21-13-1600) in the Rail, Industrial and Trade Related Uses Zoning District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.  The Unified Permit application for site plan approval also includes a request for a height variance from 75 feet to 93’.9’’in accordance with Devens Bylaw Article IX.C.4.   Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
