• Approve minutes of June meeting
• Update on data/computer support from Chief Galvin
• Departments: discuss any articles to be on special town meeting including pellet furnace
• Update(s) on FY16 capital (progress of purchase/projects)
• FY16 Financial Calendar to prepare for TM for FY17 budget
• FAC reorganization
• Any and all other items including “getting a feel” for anticipated
capital requests for FY17, status of Highland Commons (Cabela Crossing?)
and Riverbridge mitigation billing and accounts, Riverbridge rotary work, status of payroll tax
issue, dispatch study status, highway barn update, etc.
Should be a great meeting. If we are missing anyone on the distribution list feel free to forward this to them.
