15-083 Chatham Shark Center/ c/o Dave Ferraresi – Application to install a ground sign located at 235 Orleans Road.
MINOR ALTERATION:
15-084 Alexandra Ould Betlyon/ c/o Kevin Fair – Application to install a fence located at 13 Evergreen Lane.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
15-082 Spencer & Company/ c/o Matthew Spencer – Application to construct a dormer on the front roof located at 71 Enterprise Drive.
15-085 Janice Paine/ c/o Kevin Fair – Application to add a deck and install a fence located at 15 Evergreen Lane.
15-086 Liberty Commons/ c/o Beaumont Solar – Application to install solar panels located at 390 Orleans Road.
15-087 The Victorian/ c/o Beaumont Solar – Application to install solar panels located at 375-391 Orleans Road.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
