Devens Enterprise Commission

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 25, 2015 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by SMC Ltd. for proposed modifications to an existing building, including the construction of new loading docks, parking, exterior storage and associated landscape and utility improvements.  Property located at 18 Independence Drive (Parcel ID# 26-13-600), in the Rail, Industrial and Trade-Related District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.
Plans and supporting information may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 25, 2015 at 6:45 PM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Level 2 Unified Permit application, including a Wetland Notice of Intent and Site Plan Review submitted by MassDevelopment for Willow Brook stream restoration including grading, drainage and landscaping improvements associated with the removal of an existing culverted section of Willow Brook and restoring it as a natural, open watercourse.  This project involves work in and within 100 feet of wetlands.  Property located along the eastern side of Jackson Road, south of Cavite Street (Parcel ID# 26-10-100), in the Open Space and Recreation and Residential II District within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.
