Ratify Library payroll FY20 warrants dated FY21 September 17, October 1 and 15, 2020.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated FY21 September 17, October 15, 2020.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated FY21 September 17, October 15, 2020
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street FY21 September 17, October 15, 2020
Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated, FY21 September 17, and October 1 and 15,2020.
Motion to approve by
Review COVID-19 numbers in state: 
Review steps to schedule approval for library visits, 20 minutes for browsing and or computer use, one family/one person at a time. To begin effective Tuesday, October 27.  We will use the time available to reorganize work stations and quarantine materials.
