Vote to designate the Essex Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA as the official polling location for early voting for the November 6, 2018 State and Special Local Election.
Consider a request from Police Chief Silva to deposit the Car Show proceeds in the amount of $2,185.00 into the Police Gift Account.
Consider a request from Police Chief Silva to promote Special Police Officer Matthew Lipinski to Part-Time Police Officer.
Consider a request from Police Chief Silva to hire Theodore Karr to fill the position of Assistant Harbormaster, contingent upon drug and medical screening.

Potential sale of real property to the Town for public safety building purposes, via discussion with individual property owners (Open and/or Executive Session discussion possible).

• Consider the approval of a building permit application for the replacement of a deck and repair of the underpinnings at 144 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lot 59, Marjorie D. Lane.

REMINDERS:
• The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, October 29, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room of the Essex Town Hall.
• The Selectmen will meet jointly with the Manchester Board of Selectmen on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at the Manchester Town Hall.
