b)	Ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion, review of Purpose language and introduction/discussion on the “Applicability” provisions
c)	BPCD Nominee for the Ellen Bigelow/Riverbend Schools RFP Review Committee
d)      Letter of Support for Athol Open Space and Recreation Plan

V.	Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting (Oct. 2, 2019) discussed: potential new and/or continuation of permit applications public hearings, public hearing on zoning bylaw amendments for the Oct. 21, 2019 Fall Town Meeting and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion; scheduling of any special meetings as required.
