The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

DISCUSSION:

325 Fox Hill Road, Eastward Ho! Country Club, SE 10-3286: The Commission will discuss the “Annual Shorefront Report (2016, 2017, 2018) for Eastward Ho! Country Club” prepared by Coastal Engineering Co., Inc. and Woods Hole Group.
