Joint with ZBA for three hearings requested by Cumberland Farms. The first hearing is a request from Cumberland Farms to extend the Special Permit granted Oct. 24, 2017. The second hearing is for a Determination as to whether a reduction in size of an already nonconforming lot at 6 Wales Rd. would be detrimental to the neighborhood (owners Jonas and Trisha Noble). The third hearing is for a Determination as to whether the addition of the land from 6 Wales Rd. to the CF parcels would be detrimental to the neighborhood.
