New Business:
1. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading of a proposed amendment to this policy; the first-reading took place at the Commission’s May 31, 2016 meeting.
2. Agency Land Management: Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation
The Land Bank Commission will discuss an app being created by the Sheriff’s Meadow Foundation to assist hikers.
3. Blackwater Pond Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 16, 2016 meeting, its discussion of its architectural restriction over abutting land here.
4. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its May 9, 2016 meeting, its discussion of a possible cooperative acquisition involving the Oak Bluffs Water District.
