The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

SIGNS:
16-051	Chatham Wine Bar/c/o Jeff Ippoliti – Application to install a new awning sign located at 359 Main Street.

16-054	Chatham Coordinates/c/o Sandy Wycoff – Application to install a new roof sign located at 579 Main Street.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-053	Richard Morris – Application to replace windows and trim on the dwelling located at 282 Orleans Road.

OTHER BUSINESS:
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION
16-055	Top Notch Location LLC/c/o Rick Smith – Application to replace 17 rotted clapboards on the structure located at 409 Main Street. 

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
