Friday event ideas – August 13th
● April West update on dinner
● Decades perform 7-8pm at the Pavilion
● Lion’s Club providing popcorn
● Set-up/clean-up volunteers?
Saturday event ideas - August 14th
● Memory Hour – Charlie Fisher is the speaker from 10-11am. Confirm church area?
● Parade starting at Fire Station - antique cars, tractors, bikes, wagons, floats
● Confirm with Fire Chef and Police Chief helping with parade and traffic.
● Leave station by 11:10am take College Hwy, go past the Church driveway and pick up people, continue to Clark Street (left turn) and East Street (left turn) to the Pavilion.
● Highway Dept – mowing of lawn & extra trash receptacles needed.
● Party Patrol delivers 20’x40’ tent and Backyard Obstacle Course at 8am.
● Ask Pat Eline for the E’ton Fire tent again this year.
● Publicity – Letter sent to all organizations, due back by 6/30.
● Promote “Bring Your Own” picnic, Lion’s Club will have popcorn.
● Pine Hill Farm is interested in helping again, but need to see protocols restrictions.
● Norris School – still working out details on kids creating their own Monarch Butterflies.
● Police and Fire Departments – what are they on board with for that afternoon?
● Set-up/clean-up volunteers?
