I.	No action necessary – Mr. Caplis has been appointed by the Moderator Mr. Graves and sworn in by the Town Clerk Ms. Harris.

a.	Advisory Committee Reports to ATM/STM
I.	Discuss what we want to report and how to present it
II.	Previous reports of the Finance Committee to ATM/STM presented to the committee as reference.  
b.	Advisory Committee Emergency Reserve Policy
I.	Request membership to review and send any potential changes to Chairperson no later than Monday August 16th for discussion at our regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday August 19th.
c.	Advisory Committee By-Law § 9.4 Review of Proposed Warrant Articles
I.	Discussion on Required Dates in This Section (5 days before ATM, 4 days before STM) and Article to Come on Fall STM Warrant.
