MINOR ALTERATION:
14-110 Chatham Real Estate/c/o Rick Smith – Application to replace windows on the structure located at 409 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATIONS:
14-108 Jamie Bryce/c/o Andrew Wade – Application to install solar panels on the structure located at 231 Crowell Road.
14-109 Outermost Harbor Marine/c/o Stephanie Sequin – Application to construct additions, add boat racks and remove/replace shed located at 157 Enterprise Drive.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Discussion of potential Community Preservation Committee application for St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church located at 625 Main Street.
SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS:
13-103 Margaret McCarthy/c/o Mark Zibrat – Pre-Application discussion of Satisfaction of Condition No. 7, seeking Commission review and approval of landscaping, hardscaping, air conditioning compressor and exterior lighting located at 193 Depot Road.
